Total delivery times are estimated at 9–13 business days (consisting of 2–3 business days for order processing and packaging at our warehouses, and 7–10 business days for transport handled by the express courier). You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as your backpack has been shipped.

We love our products and we are sure you will too! We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return the product or make an exchange, you can do so as long as the backpack is intact and in its original condition. Return shipping costs to our warehouses are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and verified the product, we will issue a full refund or arrange to ship a new item at our expense.
